Reasons for absence should be notified to the school in writing or by telephone. This is essential to avoid the absence being recorded as unauthorised, i.e. an absence for which no reason or explanation was given to the school.

 

Parents wishing to take a holiday during term time should request permission to do so by completing a Holiday Form, available from the school office. Please note that, in this case, the permission of the school Governors is required.
