Covid-19 update - Long Mead will be open from Monday 8 March

Long Mead Community Primary school is currently open for children of critical workers and those defined as vulnerable. All other children will engage in online learning provided. From Monday 8 March we will be open for all children.

Bright Stars pre-school is open to all children.

The office will is currently open. If you urgently need to contact the school and cannot get through to the office then please either email (office@long-mead.kent.sch.uk) or phone the school mobile (07756 018 437).

To complete the NHS questionnaire to determine if you need a test click here. If you are worried about sending your child/ren because they have a cold but the online questionnaire does not recommend they require a Covid-19 test, please email a screenshot of the questionnaire outcome to office@long-mead.kent.sch.uk with your child’s name so we know you have checked their symptoms and testing is not recommended at this stage.
